2. Troubleshoot

--2.2 My citation result is not saved.

First of all, please check the top of eTurabian homepage to see if there is error message stating that your computer does not support Javascript or Adobe Flash. To enable Javascript, go to the advanced option menu in your browser. To download Flash, go to Adobe website.

Otherwise, it may occur when the citation has incomplete info. The error message will show on the top of the result page like this: There may be omissions or errors. Click for details. You can fill in the required fields and submit it again.
